Experiencing the grief of an animal companion, who has past over to the spirit realm can be emotionally very overwhelming, and very difficult to move forward in your everyday life. However, I am sure deep down, knowing the unconditional love and friendship that your animal companion have always given ... you know without a doubt ... that they do not want you to feel this way. As always ... they want to help you move past the grief, and let you know that they are ok. 

Often our loved ones, human and animal, send us signs to help us in our grief. If you are open and willing to receive their messages, your loved one in spirit can help you greatly. They want to let you know, that they are in a good place, and are very happy.

Asking for a message, or sign from them is a good place to start (even if you are not exactly sure how to do it). Some of the signs I have experienced from many of my fur babies, who have transitioned over the years include:

(Rainbows, Birds, Electricity, Cloud Formations, Heart Symbols, Dreams, and through daily meditation and journaling).

Our loved ones in spirit want to give us comfort, and continue our eternal bond with them. Yes ... it is different, but still as beautiful ...through the spirit realm. However, it is up to us to look for the signs, recognize them for what they are ... and if you are open to it ... embrace the journey of learning how to connect with them through the spirit realm ... by incorporating various methods throughout your day.
