What is  Holistic Energy Medicine Healing?

Holistic Energy Medicine Healing originates from the "soul" or "life force", which has a very close relationship with our body. In addition, Holistic Energy Medicine Healing is a healing method where there is a close a natural interaction, interrelation and interconnectedness between the body and soul, which allows for people to take control of their own body and life to be healed and healthy again.

The three Holistic Energy Medicine Healing modalities which Krista Dunlop practices, are Psychic/Evidential Mediumship, which she is presently working towards becoming Mediumship II certified, through the James Van Praag School of Mystical Arts; the Akashic Records which she became certified through the teaching methodology founded by Dr. Linda Howe and Reiki, of which she is a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals. What are the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records are a vibrational record of every person's soul and its journey. These vibrational records exist everywhere in its wholeness and is completely available in all places. The Records contain all past, present and future possibilities. It is an experiential body of knowledge and compassion. One of the ways to access this profound source is through a Sacred Prayer.

How Are Akashic Records Accessed?

Over time, there have been many different ways to access the Akashic Records. This collective of spiritual consciousness is best revealed through spiritual means such as prayer. When an individual's Records are opened for a reading by an Akashic Records Consultant, a specific sacred prayer will be employed. This is called the Pathway Prayer, which is a conscious responsible way to access a rich resource of spiritual wisdom and guidance.

Is It Real?

Being in the Akashic Record is a distinct experience. Perceptions, awareness and insights not commonly available are natural to the Record. There is an absence of judgement and a presence of kindness. For some, there is a dramatic shift in the senses and sensations, for most it is much more subtle. A combination of emotional stillness, clarity and illumination characterize this dimension. Sometimes the way we know we have been in the Records is by how we feel after closing and then returning to an "ordinary" state.

What Does Akashic Mean?

"Akasha is a Sanskrit word and means "Primary Substance", that out of which all things are formed. It is the first stage of crystallization of Spirit. This Akasha, or Primary Substance, is of exquisite fineness and is so sensitive that the slightest vibration of an ether any place in the universe registers an indelible impression upon it."

What is REIKI?

REIKI is a safe and non-invasive healing system that works by stimulating the  body's natural healing ability. The essence of the system is to cleanse the body and balance the chakras, thereby bringing harmony to mind, body and spirit. REIKI is simple and natural in its use and is easy to apply; you can use it on yourself and others. It can remove physical or emotional blockages that may have been causing illness for some time and can cure, or relieve many different ailments, including: headaches, backaches or any stress-related illness; they all respond well to REIKI.

REIKI differs from other healing systems for two main reasons; first, the healing energy (unlike acupuncture) originates from the "universal source, or life force" rathe than from the  healer/practitioner. Secondly, the ability to perform REIKI passes from REIKI Master to student by means of an attunement process.

The International Reiki Association, who conducts many scientific studies on the effectiveness of REIKI, considers REIKI to be a cousin of acupuncture.

What Does REIKI Mean?

The word REIKI pronounced ray-key, stems from two Japanese words "Rei" and "Ki". Rei refers to the higher intelligence that guides the creation and functioning of the universe - a sort of wisdom, that permeates and guides the whole oof creation, from the unfolding of galaxies to the development of life.

Ki refers to the energy that animates all living things; it flows in everything that is alive; plants, animals and humans. When your Ki is high, you feel strong and confident; when it is low you feel weak and are far more likely to become ill. We receive Ki from the air we breath, the food we eat, from the sunshine and from sleep. Ki levels can be increased through breathing exercises and through meditation.

Therefore, REIKI as a healing modallity is made up of "life force" energy by a higher intelligence, or "spiritually guided life force energy".
